My situation was challenging to say the least, but Carrero Mortgage guided me through every obstacle. Since, I have purchased and refinanced several properties, all with the help of Brandons team. Carrero Mortgage has been amazing. I felt it since the moment I called them for a pre-approval. Every other mortgage company treats you like a number and send you a link to upload your docs and Brandon and his team just has that personal touch and makes you feel like family. We were able to get our approval and they found the right loan program for us with the right incentive and we closed on our home. Companies like this need to be shouted from the mountain top. I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon shortly after sending him an inquiry email and discussed our ideal cash-out amount, monthly payment, and interest rate. He showed me various options and was able to provide the right financing for our needs.
