I'm Javier Díaz, a Mortgage Loan Officer at Universal Mortgage and a Venezuelan immigrant who knows firsthand what it means to build a life from the ground up. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and after working as a sales representative for Coca-Cola and Frito-Lay in Miami, I took a leap of faith and started my own business here in the U.S. That experience gave me a deep understanding of personal finance, discipline, and entrepreneurship.
It was my wife —a Realtor in Miami— who encouraged me to explore the mortgage industry. That’s how I found not only a career I love, but a mission: helping others become homeowners or real estate investors through honest, personalized guidance.
I specialize in working with first-time buyers, families seeking stability, and investors looking to grow. My goal is to make the homebuying process clear, human, and empowering.

Llegué a Estados Unidos con experiencia en ventas, un título universitario en Administración de Empresas, y una mentalidad emprendedora. Luego de trabajar como representante de ventas para Coca-Cola y Frito-Lay en Miami, decidí abrir mi propio negocio, lo cual me dio una visión más amplia sobre finanzas, inversión y esfuerzo personal.
Fue mi esposa —Realtor en Miami— quien me motivó a entrar al mundo hipotecario. Así descubrí no solo una carrera que me apasiona, sino también una herramienta para ayudar a otras personas a alcanzar el sueño de tener su casa propia o comenzar a invertir en bienes raíces.
Me especializo en trabajar con primeros compradores, familias que buscan estabilidad, e inversionistas que desean expandir su patrimonio. Mi prioridad es acompañarte con honestidad, educación financiera y compromiso real.
